Are you a passionate and dynamic Executive Chef looking to work for a showcase school district in the Yukon, OK area?

Provide culinary leadership including menu planning, program execution and staff management & training. Work directly with internal and external clients managing the catering process from beginning through execution.

What You'll Do

  • Implement & coordinate the culinary function.
  • Direct & train cooks & utility workers.
  • Ensure food preparation & production meets operational standards.
  • Manage catering & retail areas.
  • Customer & Client satisfaction.
  • Financial management to include food cost & labor management.
  • Manage food & physical safety programs.

What You Bring

  • previous K-12 experience preferred and be familiar with the USDA regulations for NSLP, NSBP and summer feeding options.
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), UFS, and Kronos.
  • previous experience with providing leadership and training for the staff
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and resolve complex issues simultaneously.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
