Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking an Executive Chef for UCHealth Memorial Hospital Central in Colorado Springs, CO. The Executive Chef will help manage culinary operations for this medical center including patient feeding, retail areas, and catering. The Executive Chef will be a dynamic team player with a strong background in safety, sanitation, and managing frontline staff and developing teams in a culinary environment.

- assist with implementing and standardizing all culinary systems and procedures for hospital
- help manage, direct, and mentor frontline staff
- assist with procurement and purchasing
- help create menus based on client needs
- implement innovative and fresh ideas in retail, catering, and patient services
- create interpersonal relationships with client

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
