Sodexo is seeking an EVS Operations Manager to support our healthcare business in Kentucky. This role has regional responsibility managing a team of 15 union employees in housekeeping for Second Shift (3:30pm start time), primarily Monday-Friday. Some weekends and holidays if business needs dictate. This role will be responsible for the development and attainment of necessary custodial projects and lead the team in engagement.

- Is seen as a leader and can drive projects and initiatives through sound strategic methodology
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System;

What You Bring
- have experience leading, training and managing a team and is a leader who develops and motivates a team to exceed the expectations of clients and customers in service delivery;
- have customer service and/or guest satisfaction skills in a health care or hospitality setting
- possess strong leadership skills and has the ability to work independently to drive programs and initiatives;
- 4 years+ of custodial experience;
- are results and safety driven.
