Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring our Environmental Services-Custodial Manager 2 for Tampa University in Florida. Our successful leader will manage a team of 200+ to keep our students, faculty and staff comfortable across 52 Buildings. Our manager will multi-task, manage vendors and have strong communication and team building skills. Professional polish required to manage consistent communication with our clients.

What You'll Do

• Operate with a collaborative management style jumping in hands on to help when needed
• Manage sanitation following Sodexo protocol
• The ability to stay calm under pressure
