Role Overview
As our Environmental Services/Custodial Operations Managerat Sodexo, you will oversee housekeeping operations for a Corporate Services Manufacturing Client in Saint Louis, Missouri. You will lead a team of 23 employees over two shifts while ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for the corporate offices. This EVS Manager will act as our client point of contact for all janitorial operations including contracted services and project management. What You'll Do
- Direct daily custodial operations, ensuring employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines.
- Maintain housekeeping and custodial services to meet standards and contractual requirements.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Sodexo/client policies (e.g., quality assurance, safety, operations).
- Foster a safe work environment by ensuring equipment safety, compliance with safety programs, and providing ongoing safety training.
- Conduct regular inspections of office spaces, conference rooms, restrooms, labs, and general areas.
- Oversee inventory, manage weekly schedules, and ensure proper staffing while supporting the hiring, training, and development of new staff

Qualifications & Requirements
