Location: We are seeking an experienced District Manager for the Southeastern Region.

• Develop and manage annual budgets for both campus operations; ensure revenue targets and cost controls are met.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the universities and the food service organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with university administration, student groups, and community partners.
• Lead and develop multi-unit management leadership teams.
• Foster a positive work culture focused on growth, accountability, diversity, and inclusion.
• Attend regular client meetings to report on performance metrics, address concerns, and align on strategic goals.
• Oversee all aspects of dining operations across both universities in retail outlets, catering services, concessions, and premium.
• Ensure consistency and excellence in food quality, safety, customer service, and brand standards.
• Monitor and evaluate operational efficiency; implement process improvements to maximize performance and guest satisfaction.
• Drive innovation in menus, service delivery, sustainability, and technology.
• Stay informed of campus trends, competitor activities, and national dining innovations to keep both campuses ahead of industry standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive management experience in food service or hospitality, including multi-unit leadership.
• Proven experience managing large-scale university or institutional dining programs.
• Strong financial acumen and experience managing multi-million dollar budgets.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel regularly between Oxford, MS and Gainesville, FL (approx. 40-50%).
• Experience working within a contract food service organization.
• Knowledge of current food service technologies (POS systems, inventory, labor management).
• Familiarity with campus culture and university food trends.

• Mobility is needed to attend various meetings and events onsite. Travel is required.
• Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends and holidays.
