Location: We are seeking a Dishwasher for the F&M Bank Arena located in Clarksville, Tennessee.
Located in the heart of downtown Clarksville, TN, F&M Bank Arena is a state-of-the-art multi-purpose venue that hosts a wide range of events, including concerts, sporting events, family shows, and community gatherings. The arena is a key hub for entertainment in the region and home to the Austin Peay State University men's and women's basketball teams.
Principal Function:
The Dishwasher position is responsible for the proper washing and storage of china, glassware, tableware, cooking utensils, and other food service equipment items. They will utilize manual cleaning methods as well as automated machinery to maintain Sodexo Live!'s standards for cleanliness and sanitation.

The Dishwasher will be knowledgeable of and responsible for upholding Sodexo Live! standards for proper food handling and sanitation, as well as OSHA standards and MSDS guidelines.
Essential Responsibilities:
The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards for all dishware, cookware, and kitchen equipment. This includes operating dishwashing machines, hand-washing items as needed, organizing clean items for use, and ensuring the dish area is clean, organized, and safe. The role also supports the kitchen team by assisting with general cleaning tasks and helping maintain a smooth and efficient back-of-house operation.
