Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Director, Segment Finance for School Services. This is a REMOTE-BASED role. The Director, Segment Finance will oversee and manage the operational accounting functions within the organization. This role involves ensuring accuracy and compliance in all accounting operations, developing and implementing effective accounting processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support the company's strategic goals. At Sodexo, we deliver food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. What You'll Do
- Develop cost/pricing models in response to solicitation or contract requirements.
- Collaborate with internal organizations to develop costing data - Revenue, raw materials, labor, equipment, and other costs.
- Lead sales and operations teams through costing calls & assist in pricing proposal narratives.
- Develop written responses to post-submission questions related to cost/pricing & prepare post-submission pricing revisions.
- Maintain costing/pricing audit trail from receipt of RFP through final price documents.
- Support cost estimates, project reviews, and other requests with accurate financial data and value-added financial analyses.

What You Bring
- Pricing/Accounting Experience with demonstrated critical/analytical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint, at a minimum). Expert EXCEL skill set highly desirable.
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to create, utilize, support, and explain complex spreadsheet models.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, and ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced work environment.
