Location: Sodexo Live! NorAm is seeking a high caliber Director of Growth & Retention Administration who embodies leadership skills to aid in moving our business forward.
This position is a Remote position; candidates must have the ability to travel within the US and Canada.
Job Overview:
Sodexo Live! is looking for an ambitious individual who can play a pivotal role at the heart of our Growth & Retention team. In this high-impact position, you'll work side-by-side with our Executive Vice President of Growth & Retention, helping drive day-to-day operational efficiency, strategic priorities and stakeholder engagement.
This is a collaborative role that requires coordination between multiple departments, attention to detail, a strong work-ethic and a creative approach to business. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, global environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive, high-level administrative and strategic support to the EVP and Strategic Growth Team
- Serve as a trusted liaison and key point of contact across departments and for the Growth and Retention teams
- Assist with tracking and delivering strategic initiatives, key projects, deadlines and action items ensuring follow-ups are completed in a timely manner
- Draft and manage project and business plans, reporting, professional correspondence, meeting materials, and executive communications
- Help plan and execute key organizational and client events, including meetings and partner facing hospitality experiences
- Lead select projects/initiatives with attention to detail

Qualifications/Skills:
- 5 years of experience supporting executives, preferably in a matrixed organization
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment
- A relationship-oriented professional who maintains confidentiality and builds trust
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to demonstrate sound judgement and steady composure under pressure
- Comfortable working across time zones and flexible with availability beyond regular hours when needed
- Prior experience in hospitality, entertainment, or event management sector is a plus
