Sodexo is seeking a Regional Director of Facilities, ROSI to provide multi-site leadership, technical expertise, and operational support for healthcare facilities across the Northeast Region. This highly visible role partners closely with local Directors of Facilities and health system leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, drive operational excellence, and align with system-wide objectives.

In addition to supporting ongoing facility operations, the Regional Director plays a critical role in new business start-ups-leading mobilization efforts, onboarding new leadership, implementing operational standards, and stabilizing new accounts to ensure seamless and successful launches.

What You'll Do

  • Provide strategic oversight and operational support across multiple healthcare facilities within the region.
  • Partner with Directors of Facilities and health system leadership to maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance performance, efficiency, and consistency of facilities operations.
  • Lead and support mobilization efforts for new business, including onboarding, process implementation, and early operational stabilization.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to client leadership and Sodexo teams.
  • Ensure alignment with system-wide goals, standards, and best practices.
  • Develop, mentor, and support on-site leadership to strengthen operational capabilities across the region.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare facilities management or operations.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements (e.g., Joint Commission, CMS, OSHA, NFPA).
  • Proven track record of leading multi-site teams and managing large-scale operations.
  • Experience with new business mobilization and/or transitions strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to travel regularly throughout the Northeast Region.
