Role Overview

Sodexo is hiring our Director of Maintenance and Engineering for our client partners at Beaufort Public Schools in South Carolina. Relocation assistance is available! * Our successful candidate will create a Preventative Maintenance Plan that includes predictive maintenance, have experience managing organizational change including opening a new unit and have a demonstrated history of driving operational excellence while delivering cost savings. A strong Hands-on HVAC expertise is required for success in the role and experience with managing training on an optimized CMMS are required for success in the role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the inventory system
  • Delivering consistent IFM operations
  • Inventory management to properly support the maintenance equipment and supplies
  • Set up clear expectations to optimize IFM for the district, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC and skilled trades processes and deliver on those expectations

  • Strong HVAC Background
  • Experience developing strong professional relationships with client partners in a K12 environment
  • Demonstrated history of developing, training our team on and adhering an efficient Preventative Maintenance Program

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
