Deli/Bakery Manager

Sodexo Government is seeking a General Manager for DECA (Defense Commissary Agency) at the Patuxent River Commissary located at Patuxent River Naval Base Patuxent, MD. The General Manager will be managing the operations of a small deli / bakery. Knowledge of deli / bakery operations, including merchandising, ordering and customer service is essential.

What You'll Do

• frontline staff;
• deli / bakery operations;
• department HACCP and safety programs for regulatory compliance;
• frontline training programs;
• opening and closing the operation; and
• daily operation standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
