What You'll Do
- Direct interaction with customers to drive approved scope to implementation success.
- Act as an advisor to customers, monitoring project progress and anticipating client needs to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.
- Control the scope to maximize the budget efficiency.
- Ensure all involved parties have a clear understanding of project objectives.
- Document and distribute relevant items for the team, such as project meeting minutes, scope of design, and project schedule summary.
- Regularly monitor project progress against budget, alerting the team when deviations occur.
- Update documents and obtain approval from clients for any changes in scope items.
- Identify and prioritize risks, create mitigation strategies, communicate risks promptly, and manage issues effectively.
- Monitor client satisfaction levels, consider feedback, and take appropriate action to ensure the client is informed and reassured about project status.

What You Bring
- Knowledge and competency in project management processes include planning, time management, financial management, quality management, risk management, monitoring and reporting, documenting, and record keeping.
- Proven ability to manage internal and external client expectations related to requirements.
- 5-7+ years of experience in client-facing project management.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize job requirements and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competence in using technology to demonstrate and promote programs.
- Proficiency with project management software preferred (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar solution).

Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
