Role Overview
Sodexo is seeking a Construction MEP / Project Manager 2 to work with one of Sodexo's construction management teams at one of our largest energy accounts in Houston, TX. The Construction MEP / Project Manager 2 will be the primary project leader for execution teams on assigned projects and will effectively communicate project progress, issues, and financial status to management as required. What You'll Do
- Develop project schedules and executes according to plan for assigned projects
- Evaluate the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and/or scheduling changes
- Actively pursue additional work through change orders.
- Perform associated cost estimates, prepares proposals, and negotiates final settlement price and customer acceptance
- Develop and maintains viable long-term relationships with consultants, prime contractors, and subcontractors
- Attend and lead job progress meetings

What You Bring
- Minimum of 5 years of Construction/Project Management experience with new construction, renovations, infrastructure, and working in critical environments is preferred
- Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office to include excel, word, PowerPoint, Adobe Writer, Visio, and basic Windows environment as well as experience with MS project, Procore and Bluebeam
- OSHA 30 (or the ability to gain certification within 120 days of hire)
- Ability to embrace ambiguity and work effectively in environments with undefined processes

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services
