What You'll Do
- Support all aspects of meeting and event planning, from room setup to client communication, with a focus on exceptional service and operational efficiency.
- Manage incoming phone, email, and conference room reservations, ensuring smooth scheduling and setup.
- Provide in-room audio-visual support, assist with conference room setups, resets, and signage updates.
- Create and maintain daily communication sheets and room setup sheets to track all conference room activities.
- Coordinate and oversee onsite meetings and events, collaborating with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
- Lead special events, supervise internal service providers, and support larger event planning committees; ensure smooth execution by working closely with catering and other teams.
- Adapt to conference center technology, uphold safety standards, and track event metrics.

What You Bring
- An Associates Degree or two years equivalent experience
- A positive, can-do attitude, and possess excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for efficient, personalized client service.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement, offering recommendations to management.
- Synthesize and present data to assist management in understanding activity volume and optimizing event organization.
- Exhibit professional verbal and written communication skills for client interactions.
- Manage time effectively and be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 1 year
