Sodexo Live! is hiring enthusiastic, reliable Catering Attendants to support our premium hospitality operations at the University of Mississippi. Whether you're serving in an exclusive suite on game day or preparing for a private VIP event, you'll play a key role in creating unforgettable guest experiences.
As a Catering Attendant, you'll be part of a dynamic team that thrives on professionalism, service excellence, and teamwork. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy polished, event-driven environments and have a keen eye for presentation and guest satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
- Set up and service food and beverages in premium areas such as suites, clubs, and VIP lounges
- Deliver high-level guest service during athletic events, banquets, and private functions
- Monitor and replenish food stations and drink areas to maintain an elegant presentation
- Ensure all areas are clean, organized, and ready for guests throughout the event
- Engage with guests in a courteous and professional manner
- Work closely with culinary, bartending, and event staff to ensure seamless operations
- Assist in post-event breakdown and reset of catering spaces
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures
Work Environment:
- Serve in exclusive areas within Ole Miss Football, Basketball, and Baseball stadiums
- Collaborate with event managers and VIP clientele
- Shifts are event-based and may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in catering, food service, or hospitality is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Dependable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
