What You'll Do
- Apply formal training and hands-on experience to service a variety of clinical equipment in a healthcare setting.
- Repair, maintain, and calibrate complex medical devices, including respiratory equipment, Dräger ventilators, and anesthesia machines.
- Work within hospitals or clinical environments to ensure equipment reliability and compliance with safety standards.
- Provide leadership by mentoring junior team members and supporting their technical development.
- Use proactive troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clinical staff, manage time across multiple priorities, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Serve as a trusted technical resource, ensuring high-quality service and support for healthcare professionals.
- Uphold patient safety and operational excellence by maintaining accurate service records and adhering to all regulatory requirements.

What You Bring
- Preferably 7+ years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
- Basic knowledge of networking theory
- Considerable knowledge of electronic circuitry and the technical aspects of operating, repairing, and maintaining electronic medical equipment.
- Substantial knowledge of basic anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Ability to interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and illustrated parts drawings of biomedical instrumentation and skill in testing electronic equipment as well as in manual dexterity, hand-to-eye coordination, and color vision

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in electronic, biomedical engineering or a discipline geared toward managing maintaining and repairing clinical equipment within a healthcare environment
Minimum Functional Experience - 7 years of experience in electronic, mechanical or electro-mechanical repair in a health care technology setting
