Location: We are seeking Beverage Equipment & Inventory Supervisors for the Hard Rock Stadium, located in Miami Gardens, FL.

Sodexo Live! Hard Rock Stadium is a global entertainment destination which is the home of the Miami Dolphins, University of Miami football team, Orange Bowl, Super Bowl LIV and the 100th anniversary of the NFL, International soccer and a host of world-class events including the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Principal Function:

The Beverage Equipment & Inventory Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the organization, upkeep, and proper functioning of all beverage-related equipment across multiple storage spaces. This individual will be responsible for managing inventory, tracking equipment usage and condition, and coordinating with the beverage team to support efficient and smooth operations.

This position is ideal for a proactive, hands-on professional with strong organizational and mechanical aptitude. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external team members and will help maintain the overall readiness of our beverage assets.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and oversee all beverage equipment across storage locations to ensure items are in working condition and organized at all times.
  • Perform routine inspections, cleaning, and minor maintenance or repairs of beverage equipment (e.g., kegerators, draft systems, coolers, shelving).
  • Support all stadium events by preparing equipment for deployment and returning items post-event to designated storage areas.
  • Coordinate equipment needs for high-volume game days and special events.
  • Receive, count, and organize incoming beverage inventory, working alongside barbacks and leads.
  • Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment; report shortages or damages to the Beverage Manager.
  • Label, track, and log movement of equipment to maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Assist with setup and teardown of storage areas and equipment pre- and post-events.
  • Ensure all areas are compliant with safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Maintain clear communication with the beverage management team and assist in training staff on equipment handling if needed.
  • Support other beverage team duties as assigned based on business needs.

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Prior experience in inventory management, equipment maintenance, or beverage operations preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs), bend, stoop, and work in various storage and back-of-house areas.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn routine maintenance tasks.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules.
