Talent Partnerships Associate

We’re looking for an Emerging Partnerships Associate to join Snap Inc! As a member of the Partnerships team, you will help oversee relationships with celebrities and content creators. Often you will be working directly with creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our Los Angeles office, you’ll collaborate with other members of the Partnerships team as well as other teams across the company.

  • What you’ll do:

    • Identify emerging talent on other platforms and on Snapchat.

    • Aid outreach efforts for emerging talent and nurture high impact relationships

    • Work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing teams to launch creator marketing materials.

    • Organize in-person events including office visits and creator conventions

    • Help onboard creators to content opportunities and optimize monetization. 

    • Help link emerging Snap Stars into cross-functional opportunities

    • Manage operations for the pipeline of new Snap Stars and various tracking projects

    • Share best practices and educate emerging talent on success tactics in regular Snap Star onboarding video conference calls

    • Manage seeding programs in priority markets

    • Assist in building out regularly shared reports and decks

    • Assist in projects related to international growth of creators

  • Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Strong interpersonal communication

    • Knowledge of the entertainment industry

    • Interest in mobile-first content production
       

  • Minimum Qualifications: 

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

    • 3-5 years successfully building relationships across the entertainment industry
