Senior Business Expansion Associate

We are looking for a Business Expansion Associate to join Team Snapchat! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external partners, to grow advertising revenue. The role is focused on supporting Snap’s sales partner representatives across Europe. This includes a range of activities from thinking strategically about how to tailor Snap’s products to a client’s unique needs to setting a campaign live to troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues as they arise.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop scaled programs for sales partners including training programs, collateral, & playbooks - establishing strong relationships with our partners

  • Conduct data analysis, such as account optimization and troubleshooting as well as market trends and business performance metrics

  • Provide operational support, including managing support escalations, identifying and resolving client or partner issues, working with cross-functional teams as required

  • Establish operational excellence and processes across internal and external stakeholders

  • Work with internal cross functions through processes such as creative production requests, campaign exceptions and coupon requests, product adoption, and post campaign reporting

  • Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing ad products, as well as advising on best practices and bespoke campaign optimizations

  • Maintain accurate CRM data in Salesforce

  • Deliver on quarterly revenue and goals for your partner(s)

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 + years Experience with digital ad trafficking and campaign management 

  • 3 + years Experience working with, and explaining programmatic platforms

  • Understanding of advertising performance metrics and ecosystem

  • Ability to quickly learn new systems

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Advertising, Marketing, or another related area of study

  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Strong written communication skills coupled with an extremely high degree of attention to detail

  • Experience of presenting data to clients in a clear and concise way

  • Fluency in multiple languages a strong plus
