The Emerging Sales team is a group within Snap’s Advertising Solutions organisation which focuses on challenger brands, disruptive business models, and high-growth, high opportunity performance advertisers, which range from some of Snap’s largest customers to early-stage startups.

What you’ll do:

  • Anticipate needs and provide high-level executive administrative support to the Director of Emerging EMEA and their Leadership Team.

  • Manage complex calendars and schedules

  • Coordinate international travel arrangements

  • Interact regularly and build relationships with executives and their executive assistants across various teams at Snap

  • Organize team professional events, socials, team off-sites, etc.

  • Navigate complex matrixed organizations and enhance organizational communications while acting as an escalation point of contact for issues

  • Perform non-administrative ad-hoc projects at time: e.g, preparing reports and presentations, generating insights and research to inform decision making, supporting with events 

  • Project manage milestone reporting by working with cross functional partners to ensure timely delivery as needed

  • Coordinate on-going team rhythm of business (e.g. team meetings and regular comms cadence)

  • Strong familiarity with Google enterprise products (Gmail, Calendar, Docs) and a passion for implementing technology to increase efficiency

  • Experience with planning team events and off-sites

  • Strong scheduling and coordination skills, and comfortable with last-minute changes

  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, quickly changing startup environment with an optimistic approach to work and life

  • Incredibly proactive and able to take initiative and work efficiently with little direction

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Have a high level of professional integrity and confidentiality

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • Experience providing high-level administrative support at the executive level

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a tech/startup environment

  • A passion for Snap’s product, company, and creativity
