Creative Development Partner

We’re looking for a Creative Development Partner with big ideas, passion for the Gen-Z audience and drive to join the Global Brand Team! You will be part of the Global Brand Team based in NY or Chicago, reporting into the Head of Global Brands. You will work with team members across the US -- and the globe. 

The role is suited to a creative who is familiar with copywriting, creative directing and the production of branded digital experiences. This person is constantly coming up with scalable creative solutions that meet our team and clients’ business goals. They must be able to perform well in a team but also work independently to come up with scalable ideas and create compelling presentation decks. This person must also have expertise working with some of the top brands in the world and be able to navigate highly matrixed organizations.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead creative sales projects for Global Brands’ CPG clients  that will find new ways to inspire audiences with proactive creative ideas 

  • Generate ideas that are rooted in an insight or fact, elevating the concept, demonstrating why it has value and why it will perform 

  • Generate executions that fit within a larger campaign idea/wider strategy or are scalable across multiple clients, rather than standalone concepts

  • Proactively leverage external network to Creatives across Agencies & Marketers for stakeholder engagement and feedback

  • Work collaboratively with the Management Team and Client Partners on 6-12 month creative agendas that require in-depth strategic thinking 

  • Produce compelling presentation decks that sell a vision with a clear narrative and strategy to internal and external stakeholders

  • Work to tight deadlines set by manager/clients by managing own time effectively 

  • Attend high-value client pitches in a Creative lead role 

  • Write a compelling case study script after a campaign has been delivered, demonstrating the campaign’s success and USPs 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven creative experience in advertising/branded content role

  • A ninja in Keynote 

  • A writer who can keep up with the pace – our turnaround times can be tight

  • An understanding of current and past creative work that turns heads in the advertising industry and delivers results 

  • Confidence to pitch ideas to clients in high-pressure environments 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience

  • 10+ years of marketing, brand advertising, agency, media sales and/or online advertising experience leading businesses or accounts

  • Experience working with account contacts and growing revenue through the development of relationships

  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
