Job Description:

As a Senior People Business Partner you will drive business outcomes, under the guidance of Kristina Janiga, Sr. Director of People Operations. You’ll be given opportunities to contribute to our bottom line through your business acumen, influence multinational public company outcomes, and build new and exciting initiatives.

• Has 5+ years in HR and has served as an HRBP for 3+ years in a rapidly changing organization

• Technology or Start-up experience with a consistent track record of success as proven by business results and in-company promotions

• Experience in organizational culture shift/change management

• Strong communication and influencing skills

• Track record of successfully implementing new initiatives and performance managing multiple customer groups with unique needs

• Deep knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws and regulations

• Experience conducting comprehensive HR data analysis, identify trends, and propose data-driven solutions to address challenges within the client group

• Experience providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on employee relation matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

• Proficient in HRIS and other relevant HR tools to manage employee data, generate reports, and support HR processes
