WLUK FOX 11 has an exciting opportunity for a part-time News Production Assistant!
Responsibilities include:
Assist in the production of daily newscasts including, but not limited to:
- Set up & tear down of required studio elements and sets
- Preshow lighting, audio, and IFB checks
- Assist with preshow & post-show production
- Operate teleprompter during newscasts
- Maintain studio environment and supply inventories
- Grip for location shoots
- Crew for remote productions
- Train to fill in and move up to control room positions
- Other duties as assigned
- Related education and/or experience preferred
- Strong candidates will be familiar with all phases of studio and control room operations
