Co-op Advertising Specialist Role Details
The Drive Auto Co-op Department plays a vital role in assisting with the growth of Drive Auto's business and revenues, as well as the company mission. It is the Co-op Department's job to ensure dealer campaigns are co-op approved, co-op claim documents gathered and delivered to business partners, and co-op advertising claims filed - all within a timely manner every month. The Co-op Department also assists our business partners with co-op questions, consulting and guidance with sales proposals and marketing campaigns. The perfect candidate will have a basic understanding of digital marketing solutions; knowledge of the automotive industry would be a plus, but not required. This role will interact heavily with our partner sales teams, account coordinators, account management, accounting, and OEM co-op administrators, to ensure our clients can submit for co-op reimbursement with ease. This role reports to the Manager of Co-Op Sales.

Day to day Activities may include, but are not limited to:
- Research, study and become a subject matter expert in automotive co-op and compliance requirements - staying updated with changes to manufacturer programs.
- Submit, track, and archive all monthly co-op pre-approvals for Drive Auto dealer customers receiving co-op advertising and/or marketing compliance support.
- Gather, organize, and archive all monthly co-op claim documents for Drive Auto dealer customers receiving co-op advertising support.
- Deliver co-op advertising claim documents monthly to our internal and external partners
- File co-op advertising claims directly with the automotive manufacturers on behalf of Drive Auto dealer customers receiving co-op advertising support.
- Provide customer support and guidance to partner sales reps and managers, ensuring requests for co-op assistance are answered in a timely manner.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and digital ad tactics; knowledge of the automotive industry would be a plus, but not required
- Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel or Google Sheets
- 0-3 year of experience working in a professional setting
- History of working in fast-moving cross-functional teams
- Self-starter with experience converting ambiguous directions into a clear path to success
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teammates
- Highly organized and detail oriented with a great ability to remember nuanced details on various similar requirements
- Passion for excellence and extreme sense of ownership for results
- Willingness to roll-up your sleeves to get the job done
- Experience with salesforce is a plus

The hourly compensation range for this role is $20.43 to $24.04. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
