We are seeking a Change Transformation Specialist to join our Enterprise Transformation team. In this role as Change Transformation Specialist, you will play a vital role in facilitating organizational change initiatives to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
Responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with stakeholders to create comprehensive change management plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
- Engaging with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build support and commitment for proposed changes.
- Conducting impact assessments to understand the effects of proposed changes on various stakeholders, processes, and systems.
- Developing communication plans to effectively communicate change objectives, timelines, and benefits to all stakeholders.
- Designing and delivering training programs to equip employees with the knowledge and skills needed to adapt to change.
- Proactively identifying and addressing resistance to change by implementing mitigation strategies and fostering a culture of openness and transparency.
- Monitoring the progress of change initiatives and evaluating their effectiveness against predefined metrics and benchmarks.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement in change management processes and practices based on lessons learned and feedback from stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, HR, IT, and business leaders, to ensure alignment and integration of change management activities with project plans.
- Maintaining documentation of change management activities, including plans, communications, training materials, and progress reports.
- Maintain project requirements documentation for multiple projects with broad scope, ambiguity, and a high degree of complexity.
- Prepare reports and presentations.

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, human resources, or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
- Ability to build relationships and work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Experience leading process improvement teams.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is desirable.
- 3-5 years of change management experience preferred.
- Certification in Agile, Six Sigma or SAFe methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent oral and written skills for use in writing detailed business process plans and presenting solutions to other team members.
- High proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working effectively in remote assignments.
- Available to travel if needed. Less than 30%.

The base salary compensation range for this role is $80,000 to $97,000. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location. Full time positions are eligible for benefits that include participation in a retirement plan, life and disability insurance, health, dental and vision plans, flexible spending accounts, 15 paid vacation days, 2 paid personal days, 9 paid holidays, 40 hours of paid sick leave, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
