As an Order Management Intern you'll be responsible for support the strategy, execution and fulfillment of customer's orders

What you'll do
- Manage order book, ensuring execution on all order management processes and functions, including both launch and replenishment.
- Develop deep knowledge and understanding of order management E2E processes, from broad view impact down to detail execution so that there is a clear grasp of impacts for all order management actions.
- Provide proactive issue resolution for all operations supported issues, and metrics. Develop and create regular communication, and reporting to consolidate the interface between Signify and the customer.
- Execute and collaborate in actions involving automation of processes using RPA and Power Automate.
- Create and provide input on how orders are flowing in the system with minimum impact in the team.
- Be a dynamic team player, collaborating and building beneficial partnerships and networks with internal teams as well as external partners.
- Contribute input to scorecard evaluations as applicable. Source and leverage data that will drive creative solutions to maximize business value. Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and used metrics.
Participate in ad-hoc projects to support Commercial Operations and/or other channel operations initiatives.
