We're looking for a Free-Trade Agreement Analyst to join our Global Trade COE NAM team in Monterrey.

As a Free-Trade Agreement Analyst you'll be responsible for performs free-trade agreement (FTA) analysis (e.g., USMCA, MX-Colombia, EU-MX), and post-entry activities as needed, or HS Determination based on a deeply technical analysis.

What you'll do
  • Execute FTA solicitation and qualification, ensuring all necessary documentation is retained to ensure full compliance.
  • Ability to fully explain the rules of the FTA to internal customers, detailing why a particular item qualifies or does not qualify for the FTA.
  • Prepare all documentation needed to assist with Pre and Post Entry activities such as CF28, CF29, protests, refunds, drawback, Post entry amendments.
What you'll need
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent Englishis MANDATORY.
  • 3-5 years' experience as Trade Analyst.
  • Microsoft Suite skills required.
  • Self-starter/Highly motivated, team player, able to work in a close team setting. Excellent organization and analytical skills. Able to work within tight time constraints. Effective communication skills.
  • Decision Quality Skill and influence other.
