What it's like to work as an intern at Signify!
Start Date: as soon as possible
Duration: preferably2 years, preferably 15-20 hours/week, but flexible working hours
What you'll do
- Own full-cycle end to end recruitment for our internships and student workers in Nordics and DACH
- Support the hiring managers in developing target candidate profiles and attract suitable candidates using different tools
- Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment cycle
- Support Talent Acquisition Consultants in sourcing activities to build candidate pipelines
- Support the relationship building with key universities in the Nordic market
- Participate in recruitment related projects (e.g.; Employer branding projects, building young talent pipelines, Intern onboarding days....)
- You are in the final year of a Bachelor or starting a Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology or in a field related to Social Sciences
- You have an understanding of organizational structures,
- You have a business-oriented mindset and a genuine interest in working with people
- Communicative and creative person, willing to take new initiatives and are ease in an international environment
- Fluent communication skills in German and English
- You work at ease with MS Office
- Ideally gained previous work experience in recruitment
