As a Climate Risk Assessment intern you'll be responsible for helping Signify to identify and manage its climate related risks and opportunities, and for driving Signify's climate risk related reporting

What you'll do
  • Analyze upcoming regulations and disclosures requirements and identify possible gaps on climate-related risks and opportunities reporting.
  • Perform trend analysis and peer benchmark research on climate-related risks disclosure.
  • Support climate-related risks and opportunities assessment of Signify's operations as well as its supply chain and support the creation the roadmap and action plan.
  • Contribute to the collection, validation, analysis, and visualization of climate risks data and support Signify's climate-risk related external reporting.
  • Contribute to the creation of assets to support Signify's communication and disclosure of climate-related risks and opportunities.
Your qualifications
  • MSc student in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Sustainable Development, Earth Sciences, Data Sciences, or similar in a Dutch University.
  • A self-motivated candidate with knowledge and interest in Sustainability and climate risks.
  • Experience in modelling and data visualization (MS Excel (macro), PowerBI, R, Python, etc.).
  • Excellent attention to details and robust research and data analysis skill.
  • Excellent English skills - both writing and speaking.
  • Proactive and eager to learn.
  • Available to start in August/September.
