Working Student Training Services & E-Learning Development (m/f/d)

Description:

  • You will support the training team with individualized customer inquiries about product functions or technical process modeling
  • Together with the training team, you participate in the continuous improvement of the training material and content
  • You will conduct internal Signavio product and BPMN training for our new colleagues
  • You specialize in modeling and product topics by participating in internal projects
  • You support the training team in setting up our e-learning platform
  • You bring the knowledge you have gained from training and coaching back into the organization (e.g. in the form of feedback to product management or by expanding our knowledge database)

Requirements:

  • You are enrolled in a business administration, computer science or business informatics program
  • You have a feel for customers and an understanding of challenges in a business context
  • You have strong communication skills in spoken and written (English and German), you convey the product benefits of our software and provide targeted solutions
  • You have the ability to put yourself in the customer's perspective, which helps you to implement important feedback to optimize our training offer within the framework of our Customer Success Strategy
  • You demonstrate team strength and act as an internal interface to other departments
  • You transfer your enthusiasm for business process management to our customers
  • You have an affinity for IT systems
  • You feel comfortable in dealing with international customers, colleagues and business partners
  • You are willing to learn new things about our software products and services
  • You bring in new ideas and existing knowledge and help Signavio to continuously improve
  • At best, you already have experience in process management or a related business area and are familiar with modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0
