Join our team as Working Student - Technical Management & Software Support (f/m/d) in Göttingen and help us digitalize the future.
What role will you play?
You will support the technical management and software team with administrative and organizational tasks, including:
- Preparing and creating Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations under guidance
- Assisting with the ordering process and handling administrative tasks related to procurement
- Supporting the software team, for example, by helping to create software documentation and user manuals or preparing user interface mockups for Web-based applications
- Contributing to user experience by testing the applications

How do you become part of our team?
- You are currently studying successfully at a university in the field of business administration, business informatics or a similar course of study
- You have at least one year of studies left - Bachelor or Master? Both is perfect!
- You can work onsite in the office in Göttingen
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Proven experience with Adobe Photoshop and/or Inkscape and similar tools
- Interest in technical topics, with prior experience in software documentation being a plus
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, combined with reliability and attention to detail
- English and German with good writing skills
