Your role

Join our dynamic Business Operations team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, international SaaS environment. You'll support the Customer Success team with operational tasks, analytics, and strategic initiatives.

Your responsibilities:

    • Support day-to-day operations and contribute to strategic projects within the SaaS business.
    • Analyze processes and provide back-office support for Sales and Customer Success teams.
    • Prepare evaluations, reports, and dashboards using Salesforce and SAP; assist in data updates and reporting.
    • Conduct research related to renewals and account data quality.
    • Assist in developing and implementing improvements in data management and system migration.
    • Help prepare presentations and documentation for internal stakeholders.

Your profile:

    • Enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business Administration, Data Analytics, Business Informatics).
    • First experience in Sales, Customer Success, or Project Management is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Clear communicator with the ability to work across cultures and teams.
    • Self-driven, collaborative, and eager to learn about SaaS, low-code, and AI.
    • Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
