We're hiring a Supply Chain Consultant to be based out of our office in Karlsruhe office to drive our supply chain consulting business. Whether you graduated recently or you have gained industry experience, you'll play an integral part in an experienced, committed and well-coordinated consulting team. You will be active part of projects for the sustainable improvement of the supply chain of our renowned and internationally active customers and gain insights into many different industries. You'll create impact by:

  • Utilising your creativity to support the design of logistic systems for our customers and use our own software tools for this purpose
  • Supporting analysis and evaluation of data, structures and processes within the supply chain of our customers is also part of your tasks
  • Working independently and responsibly on individual subtasks within your project team and thus developing yourself as quickly as possible

Your Success is grounded in:

  • Degree - MA or equivalent (Industrial Engineering, IT or Business Management - focus on supply chain)
  • Analytical - analysing data, solving logistics problems using our tools, conceptual thinking as well as enthusiasm for solving complex tasks are strengths that will help you flourish in our team.
  • Collaboration - you have excellent communications (English and German), confident presentation skills (finding solutions to work with tools and presenting to customers and enjoy being part of a diverse team - we also appreciate the ability to work independently, accurately and with initiative
  • Curiosity - about our innovative software solutions and interest in data-driven projects
  • Consulting - ability to confidently present technical details to non-technical customers is key to succeeding in this role. Experience in supply chain departments with respect to planning tasks or digitalization is also helpful.
  • Tools - Supply Chain Planning or Simulation tools knowledge and/or experience
