About the role
As a Solution Architect in our global InsightsHub Services Team, you are not just part of a team; you're at the helm of delivering high-impact, value-driven InsightsHub projects that have a global footprint. Your technical expertise will be the driving force behind remarkable customer outcomes that transcend borders and make a genuine impact. This is a hybrid work schedule with the future goal to be up to 50% on-site with customers
In this role, you will
- Collaborate with brilliant minds from all corners of the world.
- Communicate with stakeholders to align business goals and requirements with InsightsHub solutions.
- Run joint workshops with other experts, Partner, and Customers.
- Deliver high-quality industrial IoT projects that have a tangible influence on the global stage.
- Assist customers in their global implementation of InsightsHub projects by providing guidance and strategic support for planning and execution.
- Be a part of a culture that values innovation, diversity, and excellence.
Skills Required
- Completed a rigorous academic program in a technical field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, spanning over four years.
- Demonstrated expertise in InsightsHub or comparable industrial IoT software solutions, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical specialists.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, with a focus on executive-level engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within an organization.
- The candidate must possess Java programming skills and experience with JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend development is a plus.
- Familiarity with cloud-based architectures.
- Strong work ethics, teamwork, customer service acumen.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent in Business English.
