About the Role

As Solution Architect you will be responsible for successful execution of large-scale technically-diverse projects. This role involves leading our services teams to provide complex and cohesive solutions for our end-customers.

The successful applicant must be based in Europe and free to travel within Europe. This is a hybrid position with a mix of onsite and remote working.
Key Responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of frontend design and verification, plus an understanding of emulation, DFT, backend implementation and P&R solutions
- Oversee all aspects of the project from initial scoping through to final delivery
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders of the project
- Manage a team of multi-disciplined personnel including Technical Leads and Project Managers
- Partner with Account teams and Services teams to drive and deliver a successful engagement
- Understand and document customer objectives and requirements
- Work with assigned Technical Leads to scope project effort and capture project proposals
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience managing electronic design projects
- A good understanding of RISC-V, RISC-V extensions and/or Arm processors is highly desirable
- Familiarity with SoC architectures, Chiplet design and SiP solutions
- Knowledge of HPCs and Hyperscalers would be advantageous
- Understanding of skills and processes required to manage Services projects
- Excellent customer focus, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with a sense of urgency
- Excellent telephone and electronic communications skills
- Customer-facing and services-orientated background
- Proven track record of delivering high quality projects on-time with the highest levels of customer satisfaction
