Software Developer - C/C++

Responsibilities Include:

• Develop novel solutionsto complex problems
• Present detailedtechnical proposals to and lead discussions with peers and management
• Implement high qualityproduction ready software in C++
• Perform detailed,quantitative analysis of performance and quality of the software
• Improve the performanceof highly scalable software platform
• Research existing workin the field and applicable fields
• Document new software infunctional specifications
• Create regression testsand regularly monitor the software performance and quality
• Quickly fix bugs inproduction software
• Prepare marketingmaterials for customer presentations

Requirements:

• BSEE, MSEE/ MS or Ph.D. Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related field
• 5+ years software development experience in C++
• Work comfortably inLinux and with Microsoft Office programs Word, Power Point, and Outlook
• Comfortably navigatelarge software source base and come up with novel solutions
• Work comfortably withhighly scalable distributed systems

Nice to have experience.

• Working in thesemiconductor industry, specifically with lithography and optical proximitycorrection software
• Compile information intoclear documents or slides and present to peers, management, and customers

This position will besubject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic inArms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status orobtaining any necessary export license.

The salary range forthis position is $101,200 to $182,200 and this role is eligible to earnincentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on thesuccessful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, includingjob-related skills, experience, and relevanteducation/training.
