Are youready to take your expertise in CFD market to the next level? We're seeking a TechnicalProduct Management Senior Manager to lead our international teams forSimcenter STAR-CCM+ product management, within the Fluids and Thermalsolution domain's organization.
This roleprovides an exciting opportunity to shape Simcenter STAR-CCM+'s long termindustry and application specific solution strategy and its place in theSiemens Xcelerator portfolio. You will be at the forefront of defining productroadmaps that create innovative technologies to enhance customer value andfacilitate market adoption.

In thisrole, collaboration and leadership are central: through a close business partnering with key internal (marketing,business development, sales, and senior management) and external customers, youbuild and deploy an overall vision and long-term strategy for SimcenterSTAR-CCM+. You ensure this strategy to be empowered by the team leads youare coordinating, who will themselves cascade it to their own teams of expertproduct managers.
Your qualifications
We wouldlove to hear from you as an experienced and passionate TechnicalProduct Manager of a CFD software solution, with strong CFD market expertise.
• To succeed in this position, goodcommunication skills and leadership are key: you collaborate, drive, andinfluence all your internal & external customers. On the other hand, youbring coaching skills to make the people reporting to you grow and achievetheir objectives. You provide a track-record of people management and, ideally,experience in managing managers.
Critical-thinkingabilities and strategic challenge orientation will go far toward contributing to yoursuccess.
• You join us with in-depth knowledgeof CFD software solutions and market, insights on trends andcompetitors' landscapes. Experiencewith/knowledge of Simcenter STAR CCM+ is highly beneficial.
