Services Project Manager

As part of a country or region Services organization, manages one services project or several unrelated services projects driving customers value realization. The projects managed are of medium to high size and complexity and could be part of a program. Executes the project(s) within the defined targeted outcomes, such as financial, schedule, scope and quality, while ensuring customer satisfaction. Acts as key point of contact for Sales, Presales, Engagement Managers, Services Management and the customer for the project.

The Services Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing key projects within the Services organization, ensuring high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves developing strong customer relationships, managing project teams, and driving the successful execution of projects from initiation to closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple concurrent customer software implementation projects from inception to completion
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Monitor project KPIs and provide regular status reports to stakeholders
  • Manage project resources, risks, issues, and changes while ensuring appropriate escalation
  • Drive customer adoption of Siemens solutions through effective project delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including technical consultants, solution architects, and customer stakeholders
  • Ensure project deliverables align with Siemens quality standards and methodologies

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience in software implementation
  • PMP, SAFe certification or equivalent
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Advanced English skills
  • Strong understanding of software implementation lifecycle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
