Your Role as a Senior Software Engineer in Cloud & Industrial AI:

As a key player in our team, you'll have a pivotal role in:

• Ensuring a consistent and scalable architecture by applying and evolving modern software guidance, governance, frameworks, and technologies.

• Designing and implementing cloud services and components to bring new Industrial AI scenarios to life, closely engaging with customers and our co-creation development teams.

• Contributing to best practices, generating software guidance and governance to empower internal and external partners to develop world-class solutions leveraging the Siemens portfolio.

• Serving as a technical expert in your domain with high responsibility within the development environment.

What You Need to Thrive in this Role:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

• A proven track record of 5+ years in developing scalable cloud solutions/software services, showcasing technical expertise as a cloud-native developer (e.g., with Azure or AWS).

• Experience in container-based development and deployment.

• Proficiency in C#/.Net and/or Java, with good knowledge of Python (or a strong willingness to quickly become proficient in it).

• Familiarity with CI/CD/DevOps pipelines and a commitment to high-quality engineering practices.

• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

• Proficiency in navigating dynamic and high-stakes environments with the potential for substantial rewards.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $121,400 to $218,500 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training. In addition, this position is eligible for time off in accordance with Company policies, including paid sick leave, paid parental leave, PTO (for non-exempt employees) or non-accrued flexible vacation (for exempt employees).
