Duties:Design and develop largescale digital simulation software. Design and implement solutions for parsing,elaborating and simulating a digital design description. Develop highperformance algorithms and parallel software architecture to simulate thedesign faster. Develop software architecture for fast turnaround time tore-simulate a design for effective debug. Develop APIs and reusable simulatorcomponents to plug in various other services to the core simulator. Supportadvancements in hardware description languages like SV and VHDL by implementingrequired features in the simulator. Collaborate with cross functional teams andother research and development teams in various geographic locations to solvetechnical challenges.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent,in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relatedfield and 60 months of experience in the job offered or in a SoftwareEngineer-related occupation. Position requires experience in the following: 4years of experience programming in C/C++ with UNIX or LINUX platforms; 3 yearsof experience Working with software algorithms used for electronic designautomation; 2 years of experience with compiler design, HDL parsers, and designelaboration; Working with hardware description languages (HDL) and hardwareverification languages (HVL); Working with digital design, simulation andverification with emphasis on simulation or emulation techniques; Working withclient server software architectures; Working with data structures andalgorithms applicable to digital IC verification; Working with high performancecomputing (HPC) involving multithreading, multi-core, and distributedcomputing. 50% telecommuting is permitted within a commutable distance.30% domestic and international travel is required.
