Senior Marketing Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing analytics, with a focus on advanced data analysis, revenue measurement, and strategic insights. This role will be instrumental in optimizing our marketing efforts and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytics strategies to support marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Forrester's B2B Revenue Waterfall™ to align marketing and sales efforts around customer value and maximize revenue potential.
  • Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Measure and evaluate marketing performance using functional and impact metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Understand and support web analytics to track and optimize online marketing efforts.
  • Leverage Microsoft Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
  • Utilize Oracle and Snowflake databases for data management and analysis.
  • Apply knowledge of marketing technology, including Oracle Eloqua, Segment Data Capture, and Twilio Engage CDP.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address opportunities within buying groups.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and marketing effectiveness.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and market trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of Forrester's B2B Revenue Waterfall™ and its application in marketing and sales alignment.
  • Experience with functional and impact metrics to measure marketing performance.
  • Experience with Alteryx or similar data automation tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The pay range for this position is 101,900 - 183,400 annually with a target incentive of 5-8 of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
