GeneralSummary of the Job:
SiemensDigital Industries Software is looking for a highly skilled Senior CompetitiveStrategist to join our growing and fast paced Strategy organization.
In thisrole you will provide competitive insights and enablement through an in-depthunderstanding of our competitive and market ecosystem. You will be an advisoron trends and competitive movements including how they impact Siemens strategy.
Thisrole has a high level of visibility across the organization and will regularlyinclude preparing and presenting competitive insights with specificrecommendations to all levels of management including the executive level.
MainResponsibilities:
- Provide strong point of view backed by data on how marketposition and competitive moves impacts Siemens strategy.
- Provide insights into how we compete and succeed in thecurrent competitive and market environment.
- Detail strategic implications and growth opportunities tothe business through analysis of the market and competitor ecosystem includinglatest macro trends and emerging technologies.
- Have an outside in understanding on market dynamics.
- Drive and measure defined actions that move the culture ofCompetitive Intelligence ahead for the company.

Skillsand Abilities Required:
- Solid understanding of software including business models,deployment models, technology trends
- Understanding of the PLM and/or EDA software productofferings and related markets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skillsincluding in emails, competitive assets, presentations, etc.
- Meticulous attention to detail with problem-solvingaptitude
- Clockspeed - the market moves fast and the intelligencefunction needs to move with it
Educationand Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business orrelated quantitative subject area
- Minimum 8 years related experience
WorkingConditions/Physical Requirements:
• Limited travel may be required

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday
The salary range for this position is $120,800 to$217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actualcompensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location aswell as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, andrelevant education/training.
