Join our Cash and Intercompany Management team in Siemens Digital Industries Software as a Senior Accountant - Cash and Intercompany Management and play a pivotal role in ensuring the correct setup and execution of our cash management processes in conformity with our treasury and reporting guidelines.

This position is part of the Cash and Intercompany Management team and reports to the Director of Cash and Intercompany Management. We are a dynamic and collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
What role will you play?
- Cash Management Compliance: Ensure adherence to Siemens' reporting guidelines and processes.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our Shared Service Center and Collections team on cash applications / cash postings.
- Credit Card Collections: Oversee credit card collections processes and act as the primary contact for service providers.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Liaise with A/R, A/P, Tax, Payroll, Procurement, and other teams within accounting for various cross-functional processes and projects.
- Month and Quarter-End Activities: Prepare journal entries related to cash and foreign currency exchange, perform reconciliations, and execute various controls concerning payments and bank accounts in line with our guidelines and control framework.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements; leverage systems and available technology to automate processes for efficiency and scalability

- Be interested in the challenge of working in a dynamic international environment with global responsibilities.
- Have a finance/accounting degree, with a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in a similar role or comparable role.
- Display solid knowledge in treasury, accounts receivable, and accounts payable, and have experience working with credit card collection providers.
- Display solid accounting knowledge, analytical skills and good attention to detail.
- Be self-motivated with a strong work ethic, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Have experience with Treasury and ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Be excited to collaborate with our finance and business teams in the office for 2-3 days per week.

The salary range for this position is $82,100 to $147,800 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
