Position Overview

  • Engage with Major Accounts to gather business and technical requirements, resolve business needs and architect appropriate solutions within the Product Lifecycle Management domain passionate about Digitalization of the customers enterprise
  • Work with Account Orchestrators and presales peers to develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate and expand Siemens solutions with Major Accounts and communicate these plans to and develop support from critical team members in the Siemens organization
  • Lead technical campaigns coordinating Siemens and partnering resources to win new business including the development and delivery of presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, proposals, as well as conduct business, technology and status reviews
  • Supervise technical resources in the delivery of Siemens solutions to ensure successful client adoption setting the stage for future business expansion

You will make an impact by

  • Establishing and nurturing trusted advisor relationships with major accounts, understanding their business and technical drivers.
  • Gathering and defining high-level business and technical requirements for product development, manufacturing, and support.
  • Mentoring customers on the technical capabilities and business value of Siemens solutions while coordinating implementation efforts.
  • Supporting sales opportunities and lead responses to client requests for proposals, demonstrations, and evaluations.
  • Maintaining a dashboard of active customer opportunities, documenting processes and sharing success stories across the organization.

Your success is grounded in

  • Possessing a strong understanding of data management within the semiconductor industry.
  • Having over 5 years of experience in semiconductor design and/or manufacturing methods and processes.
  • Demonstrating more than 5 years of experience in new product introduction (NPI), technical consulting, or support in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). This includes conducting proof of concepts, defining requirements and scope for deployment, and participating in the selection process.
  • Proven experience leading the deployment of projects, along with hands-on responsibilities in related areas.
  • Recent experience in leading and developing teams of technical and business consultants, both from within and outside of their formal organization.
  • Must reside in the continental USA, preferable in the West Coast

You will excel in

  • Proficient in EBOM/MBOM multi-domain BOM processes and product configuration management in PLM, integrated with CPQ and ERP.
  • Experienced in ECAD/MCAD collaboration for a unified BOM process and part classification/migration to Siemens Teamcenter.
  • Knowledgeable in end-to-end engineering organizational change processes, integrating with ERP/MES for new product introductions (NPI).
  • Skilled in Siemens Teamcenter PLM integration with Siemens Opcenter MES and PLM quality system operation.
  • Understanding of software development practices, Internet of Things (IoT), and related technical fields.
  • Holds a BS/BA in a technical or manufacturing-related discipline and an MS/MBA in a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to present technology solutions and defend business value justification in group settings.
  • Proven track record in leading customer engagement activities.

The total cash compensation range for this position is $142,800 to $220,600 with 15% of this being comprised of an annual incentive target. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate's work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
