SecOps Coordinator - Security Team Lead - Simcenter SaaS - w/m

The SaaSSecurity Operations Team is key to ensuring the security and operational efficiency of our SaaSorganization. The Team Lead is an orchestrator dealing with resources, withstrong influence over the security roadmap and our compliance with internal andexternal controls.

You areresponsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the SecOps team, being aneffective leader and manager of a team of security analysts and engineers, responsible for hiring, training,mentoring, and performance evaluations:

- You help prioritize work based onmultiple objectives.

- You will act as Security IncidentResponse Manager handling the resolution of security incidents, including RCA,containment, and recovery in collaboration with the wider securityorganization. You manage the continuous monitoring of security events andalerts, including communication of risks and incidents.

- You continuously improve andidentify areas for improvement in operations, processes, tools, andmethodologies, and drive initiatives to enhance the overall effectiveness andefficiency of the team.

- You keep up to date with relevantinternal and external security standards and controls and participate incross-functional team security and compliance reviews and audits.

- You ensure compliance withrelevant security standards and controls, regulations and frameworks, as wellas that the terms of licenses for our third-party components are respected byour products.

Your qualifications

With anengineering degree or equivalent, you have a successful experience in the fieldof cybersecurity:

- You have knowledge of"Secure Coding" aspects, OWASP standards (TOP 10, ASVS) and basicknowledge of vulnerability and incident management.

- You are familiar with securitycontrols and tools in AWS (Amazon Web Services)

- You are proficient in Python andAWS Cloud Formation and have knowledge of major open-source licenses

You canunderstand complex products, solutions, and issues and are able to reportconsistently, concisely, and effectively on our SaaS Security posture to thevarious stakeholders allowing for management prioritization, investment, andreporting.

Thanks toyour enthusiasm, excellent English language skills, and autonomy, you buildstrong relationships with your interlocutors and easily integrate into atechnical expert role in an international and multicultural context.
