Siemens Digital Industries Software is aleading provider of solutions for the design,simulation, and manufacture of productsacross many different industries. Formula 1

cars, skyscrapers, ships, spaceexploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see inour daily lives are being conceived andmanufactured using our Product Lifecycle

Management (PLM) software.

Key Responsibilities:

l As part of a Country or Vertical Software Salesorganization, responsible for generating SaaS and Hybrid SaaS revenueopportunities to meet assigned software and services sales targets to driveARR. This is achieved through mainly subscription sales and follow-on servicessales.

l Within the context of the Integrated Country Plan,responsible for driving business in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logoprospects using a strategic value-based approach.

l Orchestrates business by generating well consideredmulti-channel sales strategies documented through account and opportunity plansaligned with the Siemens DI Account lead were appropriate.

l Effectively co-ordinate a multi-disciplined, matrix teamto execute plans within each account and prospect including internal DISWresources and partners. Establish and track measurable goals for monitoringterritory and account growth against targets.

l Understands the market and the challenges prospects face,mapping account key decision makers, identifying their high-level businesschallenges, recognizing their purchase obstacles.

l Understands the potential business value delivered ofDISW Solutions and commercial advantages to a customer to adapt the sales valuepositioning for an opportunity stage and different buying personas,appreciating that these messages will differ between industry. Act as key pointof contact for account andstakeholder knowledge and activity.

l Works under self-management on assignments/pursuits andwill determine solutions, methods, and procedures. Represent Siemens atcustomer marketing and analyst conferences in Country.

l Mentors more junior sales team members within Country orVertical, and partner resellers where appropriate.

l Actively participates and shares knowledge aroundcustomer, solutions, and industry internally within Country or Vertical Salesorganization. Works on Customer Accounts with opportunities of moderatescope.

Qualifications:

l At least 5 year experience in sales, major account salesexperience,EDA, CAE, PLM or related field

l Education BSEE or BSCS, Top tier university graduate

l Consecutive year good sales performance of making number

l At least worked in or with 1 of below vertical industryor customers:Automotive, High end consumer, telecom etc.SAIC, ZTE, Joyson, H3C,Tianma, etc

l Excellent English speaking and communication skill

l Experiences in multi-national companies a plus

l Sales training such as TAS, Solution selling, competitiveselling as plus
