Sales Account Orchestrator (Defence Industry)

Formula 1 cars, skyscrapers, ships, spaceexploration vehicles, and many of the objects we see in our daily lives arebeing conceived and manufactured using our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)software.

We are looking for a competent, highly motivatedand results proven Sales Account Orchestrator to passionately grow our SiemensPLM Software business in Australia's Defence industry.

As part of the Softwaresales team, you will handle and execute Defence industry focused, consultativeand value-added software sales engagements (typically medium size to largeengagements to enterprise-size companies) through productive businessrelationships with customers and prospects. Using appropriate methods, lead theformation and execution of a cohesive customer sales strategy, to drive thesale of software. Contribute to the development and execution of financiallyquantified value propositions, business cases and solution visions specific toa customer or prospect.

The successful candidate will be a part of ourAustralia and New Zealand (ANZ) Sales team with a good opportunity to grow yourcareer and portfolio with Siemens.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plans sales volumes andpotential of target Defence industry customers.

• Provides information viaCRM for forecasts and planning.

• Analyses the customer'smarkets, strategy, position and needs.

• Investigates for and evaluatesspecific business opportunities, for customer related product and serviceportfolio.

• Prepares customercontacts, builds, and maintains a customer focused network in order to developboth customer and industry sector expertise systematically.

• Prepares and negotiatesprojects, proposals, in cooperation with other involved professionals andmanagement.

• Coordinates therealization of assignments, may coordinate, and contribute to set up respectiveproduct developments, projects or services programs for the customer.

• May act as a point ofcontact in commercial matters.

• Completes sales andrevenue related key reporting.

• Contributes to thedevelopment of a customer needs focused After Sales Service.

• Uphold the professionalintegrity of Siemens at all times.

Requirements:

• Hold Australiancitizenship and based in Australia.

• Graduate inMechanical/Electronics Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 5 years ofSoftware sales experience with a validated track of sales record in Defenceindustry customers.

• Experience in selling PLMSoftware, vendor or reseller market experience capacity with subscriptionbusiness model are highly preferred

• Demonstrated ability tolead very complex software selling environment with proven ability in achievingtarget.

• Good business insightforesights in handling forecasts and targets.

• Good working knowledge inselling Enterprise Software and leading accounts around the ANZ region.

• Attention to details,thoroughness, dynamic with excellent leadership and high level of accountability.

• Provenself-starter/motivated and ability to work well under pressure.

• Demonstrate excellentcommunication and presentation skills.

• Good in negotiation andobjection & conflicts handling skills.

• IT savvy and ability tomultitasks.
