Position Overview:
The Quality Management (QM) Specialist will provide oversight and coordination of Quality Management activities across the Global Sales and Customer Success (GSCS) organization for the EMEA Zone and DACH Region, as well as several smaller, non-zone-specific groups. This role is critical to driving continuous improvement, supporting internal and external audit readiness, and ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and Siemens' Elements of Quality Management.
- We are seeking a candidate located anywhere in Europe, fluent in English and German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
The position can be 100% remote with an option for hybrid work at a Siemens DISW EMEA office hub.
The ideal candidate is a collaborative and detail-oriented professional who can communicate and coordinate effectively across cultural and functional boundaries within a global matrixed organization. This role will report to the Global GSCS Quality Senior Manager (USA-based).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Quality Manager (QM) for the GSCS EMEA Zone and DACH Region, and other assigned cross-regional GSCS sub-organizations.
- Facilitate monthly zone-specific quality reviews with local GSCS leaders.
- Conduct regular alignment meetings with Local Quality Coordinators (LQCs) and Voice of the Customer (VOC) champions.
- Onboard and mentor new LQCs and VOC champions.
- Represent the EMEA/DACH/non-zone teams in Global GSCS QM and Corporate Quality Team meetings.
- Drive execution of global GSCS QM processes across the assigned scope, including:
- Annual Quality Management Review (QMR)
- Internal ISO audit support and prep
- Siemens Elements of Quality Management compliance
- NPS@Siemens and VOC survey execution
- Customer Feedback System (CFS) follow-up
- Submit timely monthly status reports for Global and Zone-specific quality updates.
- Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives aligned with GSCS objectives.
- Collaborate across the global QM community via shared tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Quality Management, Process Improvement, or a related role in Software, Services, or Sales organizations.
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles, ISO standards, and CI methodologies.
- Fluency in English and German, French, Spanish, or Italian.
- Ability to work independently and influence across functions without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams).
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in SaaS Sales, Services, or Customer Success environments.
- Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) and survey platforms.
- Prior work experience in a multinational EMEA-based organization.
- Understanding of Siemens DISW business and quality systems.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certification.
Additional Information:
- This role is primarily remote but may involve occasional travel (< 10%) for in-person collaboration or audits.
- Reports to the Global GSCS Quality Senior Manager, located in the USA.
- Close collaboration required across regional leadership, zone heads, and corporate support functions.
