Hybrid / Working on-location. Part-time or Full-time contribute 20-40h/week for this job

Length of the internship - 11 months with a possibility to be converted into a permanent position with Siemens.

What you'll be doing at the Intern Development Programme as member of the Q team;

You will be working independently and as part of group of Agile Scrum teams in the EU, US and worldwide that applies sophisticated testing methodologies to improve software quality, including functional, application, regression and performance testing.

Q Team is working on many quality initiatives. One of the most important activities today is the improvement of the Testing Framework, which is used internally in the EBS organization. Framework is written in Python and is using Pywinauto module. We are looking for somebody who is quality focused with good Python skills, who is open to learn and then implement good testing practices.

  • Developing Test Automation Framework
  • Supporting development teams in test automation
  • Collaborating with Senior Developers/QAs on the automation development roadmap
  • Taking a role of the teammate: there will be more people like you.

All about you:

You are currently pursuing a Student of degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics or other related field. For this internship it is vital to be enrolled in an engineering program. The successful candidate will need to be highly motivated engineer with excellent communication skills, and the ability to optimally interact with fellow team members and developers every day.
